Recruiting new members to the club is the responsibility of the entire membership. This committee manages the various processes associated with recruitment, nomination and approval. The committee also organizes the social activites of the club, and ensures key processes that are critical to member retention are taking place.

Initiatives include:​

  • New Member Orientation and Mentoring
  • Maintenance of our internet presence
  • Publication of our weekly newsletter communication
  • Publication and distribution of a new Member Handbook
  • Monthly after hours gatherings (a.k.a. Sunrise at Sunset)
  • Quarterly social events
