Bulletin Buddy Note-Taking Form (also at front desk)

At any time don't be surprised if a new member offers to bump a designated Bulletin Buddy for 50/50 sales or note-taking opportunities. We know you will happily step aside to enable their progress against new member orientation program (red badge).

If you wish to be added to the rotation please contact Nancy Thornton.

If a date you've been assigned is not convenient, we appreciate your initiative to exchange with a fellow Rotarian.

Our Future Leaders

Last weekend President Nominee Jay Buckmaster and President Elect Linda Raetz joined hundreds of Rotarians at the Great Lakes President Elect Training Seminar.
They are seen here with the future leaders for Traverse City and Traverse Bay Twilight Rotary Clubs. Thank you for giving up your weekend for this important training!

The mission of Junior Achievement is "To inspire and prepare young people to succeed in a global economy."

Watch this video to learn more about Junior Achievement

Leisa shared these facts from TCAPS:

  • 20% will not graduate
  • 91% of Millennials have stated that they want financial education
  • Dropouts fail to see the relevance of what they learn and how that connects to the outside world
Junior Achievement helps address these issues through its core programs:
  • Life & Career skills

Rotary Show Ad Sales Raise Funds for Community Service

The deadline for electronic materials and payments was last Friday - but something tells us if you know of someone that didn't get a chance to purchase an Ad you can probably still squeeze this in.

Our club receives share of net proceeds for the Rotary Show based on % of ad sales.

Support our Outbound Exchange Students

Each year we help generate funds that are split amongst our outbound Youth Exchange students to help them offset the significant expense of this life transforming experience. For the past few years we've enjoyed the hospitality and outstanding dining at Boathouse Restaurant.

The students help set up, serve/bus and even provide the entertainment!

It is always a fabulous evening. Please consider joining us. Tickets are available through our outbound exchange students.

Date: April 12
Location: Boathouse Restaurant
Cost: $50 per person
