Bulletin Buddy Note-Taking Form (also at front desk)

At any time don't be surprised if a new member offers to bump a designated Bulletin Buddy for 50/50 sales or note-taking opportunities. We know you will happily step aside to enable their progress against new member orientation program (red badge).

If you wish to be added to the rotation please contact Nancy Thornton.

If a date you've been assigned is not convenient, we appreciate your initiative to exchange with a fellow Rotarian.

Guest Speaker:

Our speakers were representatives from Big Brothers Big Sisters, as well as Sunrise Rotary Big's Jay Berger, Peter Raphael and Laura Jolly who spoke of their personal experiences volunteering in the program.

There is a large need in our community for Big Brothers and Sisters. At the present, men are in great demand as the waiting list for boys is currently at 70. This is a commitment of one hour per week and the options to be involved range from School based or community based (summer time). Children who have been involved with the Bigs have shown improvement at home, in school, and with their friendships. The biggest impact on the children comes from having someone to talk and interact with who demonstrates consistency in their lives.
